Temporarily raise all your target's Stats. The effectiveness of this spell is based on the caster's Magery [Magery/10, rounded down = # of stat points gained] (ie: at 85 magery, your Bless spell would add 8 Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence to your stats for the duration of the spell.)
