Creates an uncontrollable 'Vortex' of energy (a purple Air Elemental). These will attack any nearby creatures or players and have the ability to poison their targets. There is a small chance that when you cast this, an energy Llama will appear instead.
- Warning: You are responsible for all of the vortex's actions, so if it attacks a blue player, you will go grey. Therefore, it is possible to cast an energy vortex outside of town, go into town and get guard whacked once the vortex attacks a player.
