List of Slang Terms/Abbreviations Commonly Used on UOSA

This list is far from complete. Please add more terms and definitions if you're reading this

Slang

7x: Grandmaster in 7 skills (the same goes for any X, i.e. a 4x character has 100 skill in four different skills)

Blue: Innocent (a character with 4 or less long term murder counts who has not committed a crime recently)

E-Bolt: Energy bolt

Gank/Zerg squad: A large group of PvPers or PKs who's main tactic is to outnumber their enemies/victims

Grey: A blue character that has recently committed a crime. Depending on how long ago and where the crime was committed, guards may kill this character if summoned

Hally: Halberd

K: One thousand gold pieces (example: 10K is 10,000 gold pieces)

Mobs: Monsters or NPC (non player characters)

PK: Player-killer. See "Red"

PKK: A blue character that kills player-killers

Prov/Provo: Provocation skill OR a character who uses provocation skill

Red: A murderer (5 or more long term murder counts)

Test: Test shard, a mirror of the UOSA server that is used for testing possible changes to the server and PvP practice

Toons/Chars: Player character
