The ability to go nearly anywhere in the game with this spell instantly, except the T2A lost lands (from Britannia), Britannia (from the T2A lost lands) the City of Wind, and inside player houses makes it one of the most useful and frequently used spells in the game, but only allows the cast to travel, unlike the gate travel spell.
